Meet Mary Stamps
Mary Stamps is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Life Coach, and now Author of The Seasons of Purpose. She was born and raised on the Westside of Chicago, IL. She has tons of experience with program development, implementation, and facilitation through her work in various organizations at her Alma Mater, Northern Illinois University. For years, she has built a foundation based on uplifting, supporting, and advocating for people within her community. Through conversation and modeling she empowers others to seek out different ways to live out their dreams and make meaning of their life. This book was created to help people evolve into the person that they are aiming to become. Readers will be challenged to own their experiences, accept their flaws, improve their relationships, and change their perspectives about social constructs through reflections. I hope that by the end of this book that people experience an increase in their self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-efficacy. I believe that this increase will help people find clarity and develop purpose within their lives.
